The National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) is a government organization established in 1955 under the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. (NSIC) Registration

Under the Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS), NSIC registers Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) for participation in Government Purchases. According to the Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, New Delhi, in a Gazette Notification dated 23.03.2012 and amendment in order no. 2, the units registered under the Single Point Registration Scheme of NSIC are eligible to receive the benefits of the Public Procurement Policy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSEs) Order 2012. Benefits Extended to MSME Having Valid Registration

MSEs quoting within L1+15% price band can supply up to 25% of the requirement by matching L1 Price (non-MSEs). This provision aims to encourage MSEs to compete effectively and expand their participation in tender processes. Additionally, Central Ministries/Departments/PSUs have an annual goal of purchasing at least 25% of products/services from MSEs, with 4% reserved for SC/ST-owned units and 3% for Women entrepreneurs. Criteria for Registration
